Could barely run 1 Kilometer (Km) 2 years ago, and just covered 6 Km, timing wise horrible (about 40 mins).
Barely broke a sweat, able to talk, something seem to be missing, push/pull factor. Muscles ached a little, but there is a inner feeling that more could had been done.
Just came back from a Three Weeks Camp, played havoc with both diet and fitness. Understand that the general diet that they fed the people is not suitable for me.
More Fiber and less Protein.
